The location was prime, steps away from everything i wanted to see. the staff greeted me with genuine warmth. It really set a positive tone. i had a lovely view of the city from my spacious room. i found a discount for a clean, secure parking garage nearby, a major relief.

the coffee machine wasn't great, the fruit was not fresh, and some items were missing. that said, i thoroughly enjoyed everything else

I thought the location was convenient, being quite central. the room key demagnetized frequently, a real nuisance. I had to go down to reception repeatedly to get it reactivated. This wasted my time and detracted from the stay. The constant trips to reception became very irritating.
