a stay to remember
prime location genuine warmth spacious room secure parking
The location was prime, steps away from everything i wanted to see. the staff greeted me with genuine warmth. It really set a positive tone. i had a lovely view of the city from my spacious room. i found a discount for a clean, secure parking garage nearby, a major relief.
the coffee machine wasn't great, the fruit was not fresh, and some items were missing. that said, i thoroughly enjoyed everything else

The hotel is wonderful with light, open spaces and a spacious layout. It gave such an airy feeling. i saw a proper gym available for guest use, a bonus for maintaining routines while traveling. the building itself has real character, a great contrast to the modern amenities inside.

the breakfast buffet offered standard items, each delicious in its own way. i saw staff being attentive. it was a good way to start the day, though i didn't explore other dining options .

The check-in process was so quick, easy, and i felt welcome immediately. throughout my stay, every staff member i encountered was helpful and friendly. their positive attitude. I felt cared for, not just accommodated.

frequent demagnetization wasted time
I thought the location was convenient, being quite central. the room key demagnetized frequently, a real nuisance. I had to go down to reception repeatedly to get it reactivated. This wasted my time and detracted from the stay. The constant trips to reception became very irritating.
